1. How to to check before shipment?

Before delivery, measure the size, measure data, testing machine, inspect package,Affix the qualified certificate.

2. How to packaged?

Auger Drive: Carton box or Wooden box, then packed in plastic film.

Auger Drilling: We use woven bag and plastic film to reduce weight, and help customer save more shipping cost.  

3. Do you put in carton box or wooden box?

Generally small models will be packed in cartons. Larger models will be packed in wooden boxes. If it ship by sea, we recommend using wooden boxes. This will prevent damage to the packaging during transportation.

4. When you can delivery? How to ship? How long it can take from our payment till deliver to port?

Delivery time depend on your order quantity. If 1-3 sets, takes about 7 working days. 10 set need about 15 working days. We can delivery by sea or air, and also by train. Depends on when you need it.

5. Can you delivery without your logo?

Yes, of course. If you have your own logo. We also can show it on the auger drives.

6. How much warranty you give?

We provide 18 months for auger drive.

7. What brand drive you have?

We have our own RAY brand. But if you want to sell under your own brand, we can provide OEM service.

8. The hydraulic motors is yours?

No, We don't produce motor. Our motor is Danfoss or Parker brand with stable quality.

9. So what goes wrong with when they are old?

As long as you maintain it normally and operate it correctly. You can use it for more than 3 years without any problems.

10. How many teeth are there?

Different size tungsten or rock auger has different teeth. I will show you our specification.

11. I don't have excavator, I want to install with a truck?

Our auger can be installed on truck. Please tell me your truck model or oil flow of hydraulic system.

12. How about payment terms? I don't want to pay 100% in advance. Is there any other option?

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. You can pay 50% in advance, and pay the rest before delivery.
